I’m embarking on a new chapter in my career as a Consultant/Advisor.

My mission is straightforward: to help companies succeed in hiring international (tech) talent.

After a challenging period at Relocate.me in April, I had to explore a Plan B. I started interviewing with several companies, but things didn’t pan out.

Around the same time, a few friends sought my business advice, and two job seekers approached me for help finding new tech roles. They were thrilled with the results and encouraged me to pursue consulting.

Suddenly, everything clicked. I realized I have valuable expertise to offer:

• 15 years of tech recruiting experience, with the last 10 years focused on global talent recruitment.

• Assisted multiple companies, from startups to major brands in 20+ countries, in hiring (tech) talent from abroad.

• Notable clients include Amazon, The LEGO Group, Swisscom, DEGIRO, Canva, Mercari, LINE, Indeed, N26, Flixbus, Wolt, and Delivery Hero.

• Created GlossaryTech, a tool widely used by the recruitment community.

• Founded CV Compiler (acquired by Resume Worded), a resume review tool for developers, designers, and managers that attracted ~100k users and was featured by TechCrunch.
